Celebrate the flavors and flair of Carnival season at A Symphony of Taste, a festive food-and-wine tasting benefiting the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra’s youth programs on Sunday, February 1, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Hosted by the Northwest Florida Symphony Guild at Raider Central on the Northwest Florida State College Niceville campus, this annual event brings together live jazz, an extensive selection of wines, local craft beers, and tastings from some of the area’s most popular restaurants.

Guests can enjoy samples from participating restaurants, including Aegean Greek Restaurant, Café Bienville, Magnolia Grill, Peppers Mexican Cantina, Papa’s Smokehouse, Olive Garden, Twisted Grape Wine Bar, and more. The afternoon also features a curated silent auction with items ranging from gift cards and artwork to jewelry, pottery, and themed gift baskets.

Proceeds support the Symphony’s youth initiatives, including the John Leatherwood Concerto Competition, making this a celebration that pairs great taste with meaningful impact. Tickets are $65.
