Join us for an open house at the newly expanded South Cumberland Community Clinic (SCCC) on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. at the Littel-Partin Center in Tracy City, TN.
Formerly known as Tracy City Free Clinic, SCCC became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit in early 2025.
Since opening in 2023 with the support of the South Cumberland Community Fund, the clinic has provided more than 1,000 visits to over 280 patients.
Come tour the expanded facility, learn more about SCCC’s mission, and see how the clinic is increasing access to free medical care for uninsured and underinsured residents across Franklin, Grundy, and Marion counties. Together, we’re building a healthier South Cumberland.
