The Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival returns to historic Seville Square in downtown Pensacola, Florida, from Nov. 6 to 8. More than 200 juried painters, potters, sculptors, jewelers, and artisans from across the country will turn the oak-shaded square into an open-air gallery. Sunshine Artist ranked it the 18th-best art festival in the nation in 2024.

The festival offers more than shopping. Heritage artists demonstrate traditional crafts such as woodcarving, engraving, spinning, and weaving, and live music plays from the Main Stage throughout the weekend. Young artists can try free hands-on projects at the Children’s Festival, and the Student Art Show features work from Escambia and Santa Rosa County schools.

Admission is free. The festival runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday; the Children’s Festival is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Pets are not allowed, so plan to leave four-legged friends at home.
